DOWNLOAD the REGISTRATION FORM, fill out and MAIL TO THE ADDRESS LISTED BELOW by JAN. 23, 2024 to avoid LATE REGISTRATION.

Send payment and registration form postmarked by January 23, 2024, to Kentucky District Office, P.O. Box 790, Hillview, KY 40129.

LATE REGISTRATION

After January 25, 2023: Adults: $60.00, Children (6-12): $20.00, Children (0-5): FREE.
